Rental Policy

Cottages are rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday, or by the night, all season long. A Visa or MasterCard number is required to hold a reservation.
Cottage numbers 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 19 are rented by the week only, Saturday to Saturday, during peak season. These cottages may be reserved for a 3 night minimum within 4 weeks of check-in date. A stay shorter than three nights may be available within one week of check-in or on a walk-in basis only.

Cottage numbers 2, 11, 14, 16, and 17 require a full season stay. These cottages are available are available for a 16-20 week period. Rates vary per cottage. Please call us if you are interested in a seasonal rental

Payment in full is to be paid upon check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, travelers checks, and money orders.

If your reservation is for less than a week, one nights stay plus tax will be charged, or if your reservation is for a week, $150 plus tax will be charged if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival. There is no penalty for reservations canceled prior to 14 days of arrival.

All cottages are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly! (under 50lbs.) We charge a fee of $20.00 per night or $100.00 per week for up to two(2) animals. We ask that you do not bring barkers or dogs that will disturb others. If your dog is disruptive we will ask that you board your dog locally. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. If you dog is allowed on the furniture at home you should bring blankets and sheets to cover our furniture. We will charge a penalty of $200 if your cottage has evidence of smoking inside upon checkout.

Linens, including towels, sheets, blankets and pillows are included with each cottage. We ask that you bring your own pool and beach towels.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and Check out is at 11:00 a.m. You will be charged a penalty of $107 if you check out between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30a.m. and $26.75 for every 30 minutes after that. if you will be checking in after 6:00 p.m please call us to let us know
